CANCELLATION AND RETURNS – Customer may request that orders be cancelled or returned either by written request submitted to NEED EMAIL HERE or by requesting a return here. All such requests shall be subject to acceptance by Printronix. Any request to cancel an order, which request is received at or after the date the order has been processed for pick and pack, may be rejected as untimely or, at the option of Printronix, may be accepted subject to a charge for cancellation in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price of any product cancelled. A request to return products ordered, which request is received after the order have been shipped from the Printronix plant, may be rejected or, at the option of Printronix may be accepted subject to payment of a re-stocking charge in the amount of fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price of any product returned. Such a request for return must be made within 7 calendar days from date of receipt of the shipment. Products with a shelf life cannot be returned.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY– Shipping on the Printronix EU store is restricted to the following countries only: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. To place orders in the EMEA region outside these countries, please contact EMEA Order Services. Printronix shall not, in any event, be liable for any delay or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances which are beyond Printronix’ reasonable control or which would cause Printronix to incur unreasonable expense in order to avoid such delay or to effect such delivery. Printronix will send the shipment to the Customer using Printronix selected carriers. Shipment discrepancies or complaints must be reported within 7 calendar days from date of receipt of the shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Printronix.
